Returns / Refunds

Wrong Size

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the day you receive your order.
After this period, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
However, in justified cases we usually make exceptions. Just contact us by email at support@fittingheroes.at and we’ll be happy to help.

If the size you received doesn’t feel quite right, please take a quick look at our size chart and the label inside the garment first. A size tolerance of 1–2 inches is completely normal in apparel — nothing unusual, nothing to worry about.

In rare cases, an item may be mislabeled. If that happens, just reach out to us and we’ll sort it out for you.

If you’d like a different size, simply contact us via our contact form. We’ll guide you through the next steps and make it as easy as possible.

Every order is shipped with a return address so you can send items back if needed. In some cases, the return address may change — if so, we’ll let you know in advance.

Just tell us whether you’d prefer an exchange or a refund, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the package was damaged or lost on its way to you.

Exchange

Just send us an email at support@fittingheroes.at and tell us if you’d like an exchange.

You cover the return shipping; we’ll cover the shipping of the new size. How quickly the new item reaches you depends a bit on where you live – sometimes it’s fast, sometimes it takes a few days longer.

The only thing we really don’t want is for you to end up with a damaged item. If something does arrive damaged, please send us a photo within one week – we’ll sort it out right away.

Refund

As soon as your return has arrived and been checked, you’ll receive an email from us. It will let you know whether your refund has been approved (fingers crossed for you!). If it’s approved, we’ll process everything and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or your original payment method within a few days.
Please note: unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs.
If you receive a refund, we will deduct the return shipping costs from the refund amount.

Delays

NO REFUND YET?

Still no money? Don’t panic – sometimes it’s down to the bank or credit card provider. First check your account, then contact your credit card company and, if it’s still not showing up there, your bank.
Sometimes it just takes a bit until the refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of that and there’s still nothing, please get in touch with us at support@fittingheroes.at – we’ll look into it.
