Why are we doing this?
We are Daniel, Sophie and our 14-year-old dog Nila – a small team with big ideas and a desire to spend more time together.
This shop was born out of precisely that desire:
more freedom, more creativity, more moments together. Alongside our full-time jobs, we are gradually building something of our own here – with heart, humour and a great deal of passion.
Who actually does what?
Sophie is the creative heart. With her background in printing and media technology, a keen sense of design and an uncompromising commitment to quality, she ensures that our ideas not only come to life, but also take shape. She has a love of detail, is determined and is never satisfied with ‘just okay’ – only when it feels right. Her creativity is no coincidence, but rather an attitude.
Nila is our source of strength. At 14 years old, she is our constant, our calming influence and our daily reminder that work is important – but life is more important. She gets us out and about, grounds us and ensures that we can simply be dog people from time to time.
Daniel is the technical mastermind behind it all. Self-taught, brimming with ideas and someone who immersed himself in the world of online marketing and self-employment years ago. He thinks in terms of solutions, loves systems and tinkers until an idea becomes something that not only looks good but also works smoothly. Technology, design, structure – he brings it all together.
Why do we do what we do?
What connects us is not only our love of design, ideas and projects – but also the desire to live more consciously, support each other and build something meaningful together.
Daniel is the rock in the surf, supporting, motivating and always believing in the big picture.
Sophie is the one who leads the way, stays on track and makes things happen. Together, we are pretty persistent.
In our free time, we are drawn to nature – preferably with a roof tent on the car to Scotland or Madeira. Places where you slow down, look further and feel again why you started doing things in the first place.
This shop is not an anonymous project.
It is a part of us.
